This is a 3D-Printed Compound Cylinder and Ribber Set for the Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine. It has a 48-slot cylinder and a 24-slot ribber.

Exclusively designed by Dave Huelster for the Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine.

The compound set includes the dial, the tappet plate, the yarn carrier arm, 100 compound cylinder needles and 50 short butt ribber needles. Additional cylinder/dial combinations are $110, but you have to buy the set first in order to get the tappet plate, needles and yarn carrier arm.

In order to use this system, one must remove the silver bullet from the yarn carrier arm. Then remove the yarn carrier arm. The ribber will need to be disassembled and rebuilt with the tappet plate and dial. Changing the cylinder is necessary as well. So one must not be afraid to change parts and reassemble their Tru-Knit. It will require adjusting the silver bullet. These skills are easy and this is a great way to get to know your machine.

All cylinders come with the cylinder spring and ribber stop arm.

The perfect CSM Folding Oak Table. This extremely sturdy and solid table is made out of 3/4″ oak. It includes a storage shelf and does not require any tools to assemble or disassemble (whew!). It simply unfolds and then folds back up when you’re ready to move! It is nice enough to use as a piece of furniture and strong enough to stand on. It does not wobble, even under the fastest cranking conditions. I love this table! There’s a piece of rubber cove base to screw the machine screws to, so the machine won’t chew up the bottom of the table, and it won’t move either.

Table weight: 16 pounds
Table Dimensions: top 15 1/2″x 22″ x 28″ high
Folded dimension: 4″ x 28″ x 15 1/2″
top edge is 3/4″, make sure your machine opening is that wide. If you have a single point of contact machine, there are no screw holes to screw the machine down so it won’t wiggle on the table.

This table is designed for going to crank-ins. The idea is to pack the table last. Get out of your car, grab your table, and go into the crank-in space. Then, eyeball your desired space and set your table up. BAM! Your territory is marked. Then, when it’s time to go, pack everything and carry your table out last (remember to leave a space for it!!). And you’re done. No tools or degrees are required for this table.

Jenny Deters and her husband designed this table after we saw a similar one at sock school; and by Jenny & PR I mean Jenny…PR is only involved for the strength of holding and screwing tight, etc. I (Jamie) encouraged Jenny to make this table by researching, finding, and sending plans for a similar camp table. She and PR tooled up and made several batches of tables (which sold out immediately). This table is a complicated piece of equipment that requires strength in production and assembly. PR has more to do than to put tables together, so they retired from table-making. The search began. We (Jenny) fired 4 makers up front for not making the table sturdy enough. We finally decided to ask Jeff’s Uncle’s brother, who has a wood trim business. He liked the challenge and made the tables more than acceptable to us! Now, Jeff’s Uncle’s brother is not his other Uncle. Jeff’s Aunt is his relation.

Please use this method for a Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine; when your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice and request payment.

The Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine is a brand-new machine designed by Jamie Mayfield. Taking her history and knowledge of manufacturing and circular knitting machines, Jamie has designed a modern circular knitting machine that is precise and easy to use. The Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine will come with:

Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine

One Cylinder, your choice 48, 54, 60, 64, 72, 80 or 84

One Ribber

One Ribber Dial, to match cylinder choice. 48, 54, 60, 64, 72, 40 or 42

Your choice of 1:1 ratio or reduced ratio crank handle

100 cylinder needles

100 ribber needles

Stack of 3 weights

Spring extender

4 heel forks* and weights

Crescent tool*

Slotted Silver Bullet Yarn Carrier

Slotted Yarn Mast Topper with Heel Spring

Digital Counter*

Buckle*

Allen Wrenches needed for the Machine

Red Pick

Oil

Setup Bonnet

Latch Tool

Machine Lock

One cone of project yarn, the remainder of the sample sock cone.

One cone of waste yarn

*These items can be personalized at no charge, or they can come with the Tru-Knit logo.

Additionally, the Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine comes with:

A ribbed knitted sample with a ribbed heel will be knitted on the machine and included with the shipment. The sample will be a sock with a toe, knit at my preferred sock tension. If the knitter so chooses, he or she may keep all adjustments the same and use the sock sample provided to judge the length of the sock they would need in order to make a sock that fits. That’s provided one doesn’t get it out of the box and begin turning screws and making adjustments before knowing what the adjustments actually do. All screws are hex heads, so you can’t just go turning knobs and changing things accidentally.

Please note if you want to order your Tru-Knit Circular Knitting Machine online, we have added the Reserve – Pay Later option during the checkout process.
